- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that more expensive homes are not necessarily better and I don’t charge a high commission like some other realtors. My top priority is my clients not filling my pocketbook
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them and explain the process of buying and selling a home I want to make sure they are ready and prepared so they don’t miss out on the home they want or the chance to sell their home at top dollar
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to real estate school and passed both the required state and national tests I also continue to go to classes to keep up to date on all the new rules of both buying and selling homes as well as builder codes
