Lauren has done a few shoots for us over the years. She is always on times and very professional. She is great at catching the perfect moment from a surprise proposal to a boudoir shoot. I have also attended weddings that she was the photographer for and was amazed at everything she did for the bride and groom. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make initial contact through phone call or email to schedule a consult and get information about the session the client would like to schedule. During the consult I answer any question the client may have as well as go over session description and cost.
