Introduction: I provide furniture assembly of the highest standard. I am aware of all finished surfaces and have developed checks and balances to make sure your furniture is showroom quality. What a Blessing & pleasure to have found Chris, Owner of WoodShark Home Improvement via Thumbtack, Inc.! We ordered an Allen + Roth Wood/Metal Gazebo 12-ft x 12-ft Heavy-duty steel frame with 2 Tiered Galvanize roof panel. The HUGE box with the many pieces was intimidating enough; but to add insult to PANIC..the instructions/diagrams let us know quickly, we needed a professional's HELP! Sent Chris a photo; he responded quickly; quoted a base fee for assembly and clean up; he arrived as scheduled; worked (with ease) non-stop to complete project and clean-up in appx. 4.5 hours; Needless to say, we are MORE than Satisfied with his professionalism; work ethic and performance; clean up; the cost was MUCH more economical than several other quotes received from even Thumbtack's site! Without any reservations, we highly recommend him. Our Gazebo addition has been an advertisement for your company as well; everybody wants to know who "Built it! Thanks Chris for a job well done! I had an excellent experience with Chris. I had a ton of fallen branches, big limbs, and debris and he did a very thorough job getting rid of all of it for me. Chris contacted me very quickly with a reasonable quote and was able to come the next morning. Would highly recommend.

I generally will quote most jobs based on size and what is involved .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet a customer and see the job. Face to face we can discuss and envision the project that needs to be completed. Knowing we are both on the same page we can start the project and work until it is completed and the customer is satisfied with the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in and out of the construction field for 20 plus years doing a variety of jobs. I have apprenticed in many jobs mostly related to carpentry and painting/design as they are what I enjoy doing best.
