FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll have a consultation either in person or over the phone to discuss details of the session and ideas for what kind of artwork they are interested in. If a client would like to go forward with booking, we go over my studio policies and accept the session retainer fee to hold the date on the calendar. Approximately 2-3 weeks after the session, we meet again to view the pictures in person and select favorites for the wall or an album. The order is placed and the products are either hand delivered or shipped directly to the client.
