We heard about Kyle from a friend who worked with him at The Pearl in Laguna Beach. Knowing that Thd Pearl is a world class health retreat we decided that we should talk to him. We immediately knew that Kyle would be the perfect person to welcome into our home and who could help us attain our goals through a new diet regeim. He prepared deliciois and creative food for us and we were able to eat more and loose weight quickly and in a healthy way. Kyle was fun to have around in the kitchen and always cleaned up perfectly. He filled our refrigerator with healthy clean food all labeled and packaged for easy consumption. We miss Kyle and hope that someday he will come back to Laguna Beach !!! Kyle did an awesome job! I am a picky eater with dietary restrictions and strong preferences towards local, organic, etc. He went out of his way to source locally (and seemed really passionate about that too), took pride in what he did, cooked amazing food, and was reliable and easy to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client is different. I have a standard hourly rate, but I am able to work with my client and create a package deal to meet their needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down with my client, and get to know what their likes and dislikes are. From there I try and get an idea on what their goal is ; weight loss, convenience, eating healthier, etc. From there I create a menu and we set up a schedule on when I will come out to cater their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Johnson & Wales University and I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition. From there I have worked all over the world in private homes, resorts and fine dining restaurants all over the US. I have been cooking in the kitchens for over 15 years and I love every second of it learning and teaching something new everyday.
