- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client is different. I have a standard hourly rate, but I am able to work with my client and create a package deal to meet their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down with my client, and get to know what their likes and dislikes are. From there I try and get an idea on what their goal is ; weight loss, convenience, eating healthier, etc. From there I create a menu and we set up a schedule on when I will come out to cater their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Johnson & Wales University and I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition. From there I have worked all over the world in private homes, resorts and fine dining restaurants all over the US. I have been cooking in the kitchens for over 15 years and I love every second of it learning and teaching something new everyday.
