- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will try to determine the root cause of the problem. When did the problem start? Had anything changed that might be related to the problem? Does it seem to be hardware related or software related?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained in Adobe, Wordpress and other advanced Web Design tools. I can build websites from the ground up. I also have access to advanced templates and features, including e-commerce, responsive designs, and social media integration. I am A+ certified. I also am a PC Pro. I have worked on servers, PCs, and Macs. I have installed routers, switches, gateways and cabling. I have installed and repaired printers. I have repaired screens for laptops and cell phones.
