What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing differs depending on what package you pick. We have 4 different packages for you to pick from.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk about what they're looking for, collect a deposit that will go towards the session fee, we'll have a consultation in person or over FaceTime to talk more about what you're looking for. All of the photos will be delivered to the customer within two weeks if it is not a wedding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree
