- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for both roofing repairs and replacement is dependent on scope of work, size of area, and materials utilized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A initial meeting consist of our technician documenting the issues via camera. An estimate is prepared and emailed to the customer with a photo link. Once the estimate is signed and returned via email we schedule the repair. Once completed, the customer receives an invoice via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Certainteed Shingle Masters. This designation is earned and maintained through continuing education. Our Shingle Master designation allows us to offer extended manufacturer warranty.
