I was very happy to read the previous reviews and decided to try the services of Melissa. I see that the business is fairly new and have come to the conclusion that the ambition of having a new business has worn off. She was scheduled on Monday morning at 9:00am. I received a text shortly before which indicated that my address had taken her to Walgreens. I called her and she said she had figured it out but that she would be about 15 minutes behind schedule. Walgreens is about 5 minutes away. She arrived around 9:30 and was alone, not with another worker as previously indicated. She said her worker was a no show and never called. I informed her that I needed to leave by 1:15 and asked if she would be completed by then. She kept saying, "Yes, no problem, your house is pretty clean". I asked her to pay attention to a few minor things and that was "No Problem" either. By 1:10 she had not even vacuumed nor mopped the floors and said she was not going to finish in time. She offered to schedule a time to return and finish. I was not available on Tuesday but we agreed upon Wednesday at 8:30am because that was plenty of time after dropping off her daughter. I write this review at 10:25am and she has yet to show or call. She had requested that I look over everything and let her know what was missed. I had specifically asked her to clean the glass kitchen door window, which was "no problem" but it was missed. End tables in the living room and furniture in the master were never even touched with a dust cloth. The first cleaning service I've used that actually arrived early and ready to get work done! My apartment hasn't looked this good or felt this clean in a long time and she did a wonderful job helping me get rid of all the cat fur that had piled up in my apartment. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The way my pricing works is as follows. The first initial deep clean is always the most expensive. If you are a customer every 2 weeks it will actually workout being cheaper for you than monthly. Less mess to clean if we keep on top of it. I also give a $30 discount for referrals. Our work is always satisfaction guaranteed, if we don't clean better than your standards then we will come out free of charge and fix any issues you have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new customer whether it be a one time only deep clean or the beginning of a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly reoccurring customer. I always like to talk with them and see exactly what their needs are. Possibly meet up for an in home consultation and design a cleaning plan to meet their specific needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have worked as a CNA for 4-5 years doing daily up keep on patients homes. once I had my daughter I started doing post construction cleans and just fell in love. I have done residential, post construction and apartment communities since.
