- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to fences and decks, most companies don't always put their best foot forward -similar to used car salesmen they aim high to give themselves room to negotiate. With Sagamore Fence & Deck we promise to always price our work with fair integrity. We know our customers don’t want to haggle so we also guarantee that our pricing will reflect the value that will continually reinforce value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With Sagamore Fence & Deck we really do believe every one of our customers should be treated like family, and we always go above and beyond for family. Our Three Pillars are Responsive Communication, Quality Craftsmanship, and Pricing Integrity. When working with a new customer we leverage these three pillars by meeting our customer at the site of their project, listening to their ideas and concerns so that we can really share in their vision, and offering solutions and options to make that vision become a reality. Once the plan has been hatched, our team assumes the role of Project Management. We keep our customer informed before, during, and after the project has been completed. L
