Paul and Jen were phenomenal cleaners for my move out and just overall some real down to earth people. They were very easy to reach, have very affordable rates, and did such a thorough and efficient deep clean of my apartment. They cleaned the carpet, got the grime out of hard to reach spots in the bathroom and kitchen, and were great conversationalists to boot. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do try to keep certain standards to our pricing to help maintain even fair prices for all of our customer. With that said, every project is a little different and prices vary based on individual situation and requests. We generally provide flat rate pricing that provides customers with a guaranteed price and no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Each process is a little different based on the services requested, but as a general synopsis. We like to discuss the details of the project in conjunction with a free in-person estimate or with pictures provided through digital means. Once a clear understanding of what the project entails and the expected outcome is determined. We create a strategy, implement a plan and execute respectively and accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have over 10 years of experience in moving, cleaning, organization, and project management. We take our time getting to know our clientele and their cleaning/organization needs to fulfilling those requests as well as, training all of our staff to follow those same steps. Our years of experience have taught us to clean and care for each room with a specific and thorough routine that meets efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction. Our educational background includes a B.S. in Finance minoring in Business law from University of Maryland and an AA in Education.
