Nick’s enthusiasm and positive energy are contagious. He is a genuine person who cares about well-being and growth, and he has an innate ability to connect with others on many levels by helping them to appreciate training and body movement. I always look forward to working with Nick because the sessions are fun and interesting; he taps into my potential and challenges me to do what I never thought possible. Thanks Nick for the breakthrough moments and helping me reach every mile stone!Sep 25, 2018
I worked with Nick for 2.5 years and loved it. He taught me from the ground up, and I always had fun learning. One of the things I particularly like about Nick is his creativity and willingness and ability to think outside of the box. He was flexible in what and how he taught me, tailoring his teaching plan to my wants and needs. I can’t recommend Nick highly enough!Sep 24, 2018
Nick is amazing! Very professional and fun. He continuously pushed me passed my comfort zone, which is exactly what I needed. Great experience and would highly recommend him.Sep 19, 2018
In addition to being intelligent, organized, patient, and genuinely caring and dedicated to each client's progress, he makes it tons of fun! He is a truly outstanding teacher/trainer.Sep 17, 2018

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have been a teacher of some sort for my whole life, and so pursuing the knowledge that helps me teach my clients in the best way has been an organic journey. I began when I was recruited to teach at my Kung-Fu school after showing high aptitude, and from then on I've made it my life's work to teach professionally the arts that I perform best.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I've worked with people with all sorts of fitness goals. From 5 year old younglings, to 55 year old empty nesters ready to make a change. From professional gymnasts to sedentary professionals trying to get control of their health.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?I would recommend having high standards for the type of service you expect. Learning new skills often involves changing your lifestyle, and it's important to have a trainer who is aware of that big change and can offer integrated support.
