Introduction: Hello everyone! My business has been open for about 10 years now, I wanted it to be eye catching so people would ask me why I named my business Crippled but Cute LLC so here we go. I had a stroke in 2014-15 and landed in a wheelchair for almost 2 years. I still carried myself as if nothing was wrong just an added accessory of a chair. I constantly was told I don't look sick because I kept myself up. So I thought about all the other women that are fighting some sort of illness and thought to myself do we have to look sick to be sick... I found this to be a huge stigma in the world and wanted to make a difference. So the name comes with empowerment, love encouragement and support. I love what I do because it's our War Paint and that's how we continue to fight whatever illness we face everyday.

I booked Impaired Artistry Institute for my wedding day. Mika and Julianna were so sweet and welcoming. It was like they were one of the girls 🙂 They finished all 6 of my bridesmaid’s makeup and Mika did hair installations for me and my daughter. They even did my flower girl’s makeup just to assist! Their infectious personality and professionalism was top notch and they slayed my bridal makeup. Everyone complimented me on how beautiful my makeup was and how beautiful I looked as a whole. If you have any doubts about booking them please dont hesitate.

I can’t thank you enough for make me and the rest of my bridal party feel amazing. I really appreciate that you were able to relate to us even though we are young. It was an emotional roller coaster and you helped me to TRY to keep it together. I don’t like make up but you allowed me to still look and feel amazing and that’s what matters. Also allowed me to have a greater appreciation for the people that are professionals like you. So I would recommend to anyone that is doing a special event to book her it will be worth it.

Juliana and her team are the best there is. They did such an amazing job on all of the hair and makeup for my wedding. They were punctual and professional but they were also the most kind and sweet people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. I am so glad I had the pleasure of this team being there to get me ready and make me feel beautiful on my wedding day.

I cannot say enough about Julianna and her team! They are incredible! We had 2 brides, 2 mother of the bride's, 6 bridesmaids and an aunt of the bride... And every single person loved their hair and make up, loved the team, and had a great time! All three team members were talented, kind, and thoughtful! They went out of their way to make us all feel so special and I am so so happy we went with Julianna! Thank you for helping make our special day absolutely perfect!!!
