I scheduled the cleaning for 4pm on Friday. I left work early to get home in time and nobody was there at 4. A few minutes later, a gentleman called to tell me he was leaving his other job and would be there in about 45 minutes. I was having an event the next day (which is part of the reason I wanted the cleaning) so I had a very tight schedule. The amount of time he told me it would take to get there (over an hour late by that point) + the amount of time it would take to clean the sofa would’ve put me too far behind schedule so I had to cancel. I understand things can run behind, but in the future if you know you’re going to be late please make a phone call BEFORE 10 minutes after you’re supposed to be somewhere.

Great experience from start to finish. Love the way they clean! I'll never go back with the old method of steam cleaning carpets. Took less than 2 hours for my entire house and the carpet was almost completely dry when he left! Thank you safe dry!
