I have worked with Cedahlia for more than a year. We have shared our knowledge and passion for high quality Yoga instruction. Both my practice and teaching have improved a great deal from working with her. While she is far along in her practice, Cedahlia is humble and happy to learn from and teach anyone. She is an excellent teacher, already, and she is getting even better, every day!!! She will never stop learning because she loves Yoga and always strives to give her students the best.
