- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our typical process starts with us meeting the client at the job site. We talk through what their needs and ideas are. We explain what we would do and explain the process and answer any questions you may have. We then take our measurements. If we can't provide an estimate on site we will send an estimate usually via email. The client reviews the quote and we make any changes as needed. After we have agreement we draft the contract. Project is finalized with signature. They client is given a start date. We let the client know when we are coming out about a week away and again within a day or two of start day.
