We hired Darren to pull permits and to updated any electrical needs in our home. He did that as well as updated the can lighting in our basement rec room. After first contact - never returned calls or messages and then never showed up. All call and messages were to reschedule date of service and since we never heard back we hired someone to wait at the house for them and no one even showed up.Nov 11, 2017Integrated Building Systems's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Your work will either be completed on a time and material basis or by bid. I do not charge for an estimate or trip charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to answer their request for electrical needs as soon as possible. I hear far to often that the other electrical contractors they reached out to never even bothered to return their call. If the shoe was on the other foot that would bother me to. Also for most small jobs I like to charge hourly for my work. However; if the job is larger I like to visit the job to see what is needed and if I can provide a bid for the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a state of WI certified Master Electrician.
