- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing we are a service based photography company. NOT sales based... That means we are very upfront with our prices so you don't have to worry about any silly hidden fees. It is usually best to connect over the phone so we can go over all the details of what you are needing, answer any other questions you may have. We can also put together a more customized quote for exactly what you are desiring for you session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to streamline our communication and ensure you’re well taken care of, we would like to hear the details of what your photography needs are. If possible, we find it best to also connect over the phone to discuss your session, project or event and answer any questions you may have as well as go over everything that's included in our packages! At the session, we we'll capture a lot of great memories and enjoy the whole process! The images will be posted to an online gallery fairly quickly for you to view the digital proofs. Once you have made your image selections, we will complete the complementary post production (Creating a masterpiece - editing of lighting, blemish removal etc...) and email over a downloadable link of your images selections as soon as they are ready...We provide top quality images with exceptional service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continue education and training periodically from some of the top world class photographers! With over 10 years of photography experience we have learned early on what to do and what not to do, so you can rest assured that you are in good hands! :)
