The technician was rude and didn’t take the time to explain what work exactly needed to be done. Just kept saying there was “a lot to talk about” and asked me “when is your husband going to be home?” I thought that was odd. We agreed that they would come back another time, but they never showed.Apr 21, 2018Verified
I asked to have a water filter placed upon the cold water running to the hot water. When explaining, the tech stated the filter wouldn’t do what I wanted and then proceeded to sell me a water softener and filtration system totalling over 4 grand. I no longer felt comfortable and messaged the company if they can send someone out to complete what I asked. I received no response after waiting over 2 days. I would not recommend them.Mar 26, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We provide fair, transparent & upfront pricing before performing any work. Our technicians only begin working upon customer's signed approval. We offer military and senior discounts. Offers and discounts cannot be combined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once a customer contacts our company, their information is inputted into our system and a dispatcher calls the customer back for more accurate scheduling. A call ahead is made before any technician arrives to a job site. The technician then evaluates the situation at hand and provides options to proceed. Once the customer has agreed & signed on an option, the technician will start the repair, installation or replacement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We conduct all technician training meetings on a weekly basis. Our trades are forever changing and improving and it is important to keep all of our technicians informed and up to date. We also provide off-site training.
