- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our vacation planning service is complimentary in most cases. However, some services do incur fees, such as booking airline tickets only or complex itineraries. We often have exclusive pricing, amenities, and offers with the cruise lines and travel suppliers that you won't find, even when booking direct. While we work with our customers' budgets, we focus more on value as opposed to discount pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to conduct a phone or in-person interview to find out exactly what type of vacation would fit your wants, needs, lifestyle, and budget. It typically takes at least 24 hours, and sometimes up to one week (for complex itineraries) to provide a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association). Our agents are Norwegian Cruise Line Freestyle Certified, as well as Princess Cruise Lines Commodores. We do ongoing training, visit destinations, conduct site inspections, and more to keep up on travel trends and obtain first-hand knowledge of various destinations.
