Narsay and Sami at Bello Construction were absolutely incredible to work with. They were understanding, worked timely, and the value of there work was top notch. Both of them were super personable and easy to work with. We added 650 square feet to our home (2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room) and it turned out perfect. We would highly recommend (and already have) them to anybody looking for remodel/addition work.

Simply put, Venus Homes is fantastic. I bought this house knowing it would need to be fully gutted and remodeled. First, I wanted to remove just the one wall to create an open floor plan, but Narsay recommended we remove another one in the living space to make it even more open. We then expanded the master bathroom into the backyard storage room AND added an additional bedroom/bathroom in the back making it a 4 bedroom/3 bath house. The master bathroom is absolutely majestic, it was designed by Sami who was able to fit in a jetted tub and a 7’ shower that my fiancé wanted. The entire house’s plumbing, electrical, and HVAC were re-done and we added another HVAC unit in the back portion of the house. The kitchen was moved and expanded, Narsay connected us with his designer and we worked with him until it was perfect with all the bells and whistles. Narsay guided us throughout the project and we kept making changes that he recommended in order to have a much nicer layout. The project took about 3 months from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier at how quickly everything got done. The budget was spot on except for the changes we made and Narsay and his dad were so patient with us when we kept changing our minds about finishing. They are truly an awesome team and Narsay was available anytime I texted him. Once our house was done, we decided to re-finance and the appraisal came back showing we literally made money from this remodel. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing company and would give them 10 stars if possible!!!

We had a great experience with Venus home remodeling. We had a fairly big project of tearing down a load bearing wall, redoing 1000 square feet of flooring, replacing windows and completely redoing the kitchen from scratch. We had six companies come out to bid for the project that sought out our work on the thumbtack. Of those companies, only a three gave us quotes. We chose Venus because their quote seemed to be the best and we really liked Narsay (the company owner). From the outset, he was highly communicable and friendly. As project progressed, we were highly impressed that their focus on our project and communication never waned a bit. Any texts, calls or emails were almost always responded to within minutes. Over the span of the 5 week project, Narsay and his dad, Sami, were on the site all but two business days. The end result was an on-budget, ahead of schedule project that exceeded all our expectations. Any concerns we had were addressed to our satisfaction along with their guarantee that they will continue to back up their work even after the project was done. Great people that do great work!

Venus Homes recently remodeled two of my bathrooms, added an additional full bath, replaced all my plumbing, added a hallway, and tiled my entire house...in less than a month. Narsay was professional, punctual, and was precise in his project coordination. He was able to get a tile guy, electrician, plumber, and drywall guy all to work in perfect order to get the job done cleanly and quickly. The crew was respectful of my house and honest. I had to give them full access to my house while I was at work and nothing ever went missing or was used without my permission. (They never even touched something as small as the thermostat). The entire job was done quickly and well. The tile guy was amazing. His lines and cuts are as good as I've seen. Narsay was communicative and proactive in identifying the best way to make the changes I wanted. I had 3 bids for this project and Narsay was the most positive and enthusiastic of the three. He was genuinely excited and confident about this project. He followed through and made good on his word. There were no surprises or additional costs. Narsay did what he quoted and was reasonable and fair. Multiple friends have requested Narsay's number now that they have seen his work. I highly recommend Venus Homes for your project. I will add photos when I'm done putting in the right furniture and painting the walls. Rob
