“I have been a client of Greg Haase for about 6.5 years. I really enjoy my training sessions with him. Of course there are tough days (and Greg has special names for him on those days) but with his knowledge, encouragement, support, preparation and stubbornness I get through it and I’m so happy and proud of myself when I’m done. When I entered my fifth decade that stinking gravity had taken root and I wasn’t sure if working out would be worth the trouble. It is hard work but the rewards of strength, muscle tone, endurance and personal accomplishment are worth it. I’m close to 61 years old now and in pretty good shape. I have Greg to thank for that. Another plus for me is that Greg and I have developed a friendship. He has a way of making me laugh or have a discussion at the right time to get my mind off of the tough workout to help me get through it! Greg helped me lose weight and tone up immediately. He taught me to eat healthier and motivated me to become more active daily. I love the workouts! Greg is very positive and encouraging which is what I need. He is very friendly, engaging, and dedicated to helping others succeed. I highly recommend Greg as a personal trainer!

Greg has been my trainer for over a year now, I couldn’t be more appreciative of what he has done for me. Under his guidance he has introduced a balance cardio, free weighs, cable weights, various Individual bodybuilding machines, and self endurance exercises. With his training and constant positive motivational attitude, I have lost over 30 lbs and have gained endurance, balance and strength Beyond my expectations, I could say I feel 10 years younger from the time I began with him. I thank you Greg, I couldn’t have done it without you!

Greg is a great trainer who is very professional and knowledgeable! I have enjoyed working with him for small group sessions and just one on one. He always has motivating sessions set up that produce results! Thank you great for helping me reach my goals!

So far, so good! I've only met with Greg maybe four or five times but am pleased so far. I've been working out consistently for almost two years but Greg has already shown me how to change up my routine for further results. He moves quickly between exercises (and/or I'm fairly slow on my own), so that's a change of pace I will need to get accustomed to. He's listened to my concerns and I'm sure will have no problem adjusting our workouts as necessary. He seems willing to work together to reach any goals I may have. Hope to continue to improve and show progress as we move forward but I'm not seeing any reason why we would not!
