We provide free estimates to our customers. And we deal directly with your insurance company!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting an understanding of what the issues are. Is it an emergency? is the work being covered by insurance? etc. scheduling a time for an inspection. Provide a quote in a timely manner. Answer any questions and finalize a start date. The process of the work being performed is documented with pictures and specialized equipment. Communication is key and customers are kept up to date on the project for the duration of the project. Satisfaction guaranteed!
