- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, we do not. Everybody's situation is different. It would be unethical for us to quote a standard fee. However, we do waive the fee for our initial screening appointments for Thumbtack users so there is no obligation to you. The screening is fun & information. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients are thoroughly educated about what hypnosis is and isn't. We also assess their needs and specific situations to determine the number of sessions needed.
