- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
D&H provides a competitive price in accordance with industry rates for the Mid-Atlantic Region. D&H also likes to please its clients. When it comes to closing a proposal we keep an open line of communications for negotiations to set a price that works for all parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
D&H always starts by rolling out the red carpet for our clients. We like to understand the needs and reach a level of total comfort in which we will accomplish our services as described. We perform site visits for all projects if possible, and meet every client person. Once a work scope has been established and scheduled, you will receive an estimate or proposal same day. Our staff is always on stand by and ready to stat at any given moment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
D&H staff are licensed and trained by Maryland State Licensed Institutions for Asbestos Removal/Encapsulation. D&H staff can also provided licensed and trained Lead Removal Techs Trained and Certified to work in MD/DC/VA.
