- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For service, we schedule an appointment window (which we strictly adhere to) and then provide a complete price for service. For replacement, we do a home energy audit and engineering analysis (at no charge) then provide an upfront cost. For duct cleaning, we provide a cost based on openings in the hvac system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ron holds 2 St. Louis County licenses (which require 12 continuing ed. credits each) and is Nate certified (requiring Nate education classes). All of our technicians are also Nate certified.
