- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the same great pricing to all out customers. Free computer diagnosis in our shop location during normal business hours. Our On-Site labor rate is $75 per half hour without a minimum hourly charge, so you only pay for the time we are there, and most issues can be resolved in that half-hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We determine the best course of action for the customer by discovering exactly what the issue is and discuss possible resolutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are guided and trained by a Microsoft Certified Professional and also CompTIA A+ certified. Technicians are constantly being trained and working towards updated certifications. Our Senior technician has over 35 years of experience is all aspects of IT and computer services.
