Introduction: I'm not just a personal trainer, I will be your healthy lifestyle coach! I specialize in training women, because I know that when it comes to getting fit, there are other challenges we face along the way. Nearly all of my clients have experienced a mental transformation while they are transforming physically. I will be your support system and help guide you through your journey to health. My goal is to teach my clients skills to live a happier, healthier and more productive life. There are many trainers who can help you lose weight or get in shape for an event, but I will help you build life-long habits so that you can not only get the results, but keep the results! Every client receives a custom fitness and nutrition plan to meet her specific goals and needs — there are no cookie cutter workouts or one-size-fits-all meal plans. Each client is respected as an individual so she can get the results that she desires. Small group training (up to 4 people per session) is also available for those who prefer to get fit with friends! My favorite part about being a health coach is when my clients start to tell me how their training is improving their life outside the gym! For example when they tell me their knees no longer hurt going down the stairs, or how they now have the energy to keep up with their kids, or that their co-workers are commenting about how great they look!

Kelsey helped me with my short-term strength goals at a very reasonable price. She was encouraging during training, knowledgeable, and offered good advice and feedback with lots of questions about nutrition and proper form. Lastly, her follow-up texts when not training with her on alternate days helped motivate me to hit my goals and actually show up at the gym!

Kelsey is an excellent trainer with tons of knowledge pertaining to health and fitness! I have been working out with her and following her meal plan for a couple months now and I've gained quite a bit of confidence. I've learned a lot about proper weight lifting technique and how to use various machines, as well as better nutrition for my body type and activity level. So far, I have lost body fat and gained more muscle definition just as I desired. I will continue to train with Kelsey and would highly recommend her to everyone!!
