- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A project manager will come out and inspect the building. A free estimate will be provided for any necessary work within 48 hours. Once the customer decided to move forward they sign the contract and return to either the project manager or the office directly. Production department will review the project, call the customer and schedule a date for the work to be completed.

Tile Roofing Institute Certified Certified in all installation systems Over 30 years of roofing experience in Arizona
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Grandfather Jim Brown taught his sons how to roof and together they opened Jim Brown & Sons Roofing in 1982. I started working for the company full time running the residential division in 2004.
