- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly prices are as follows: 1 hour $45 2 hours $80 3 hours $110 Additional sessions $25 per hour Lifestyle Program: Two in-studio sessions per month to track success, discuss nutrition, and ensure exercises created for the whole month are being done properly. $100 per month
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP 1: Meet with me, in-studio, to make sure YOU would feel comfortable in the environment. An evaluation of your current physical capabilities is crucial to ensuring the workouts do not harm you, only help you. We set a short term and a long term goal, and how to get you there. STEP 2: If you wish to move forward with the training, we schedule the sessions you bought, and the ones you haven't. If you are paying on a weekly basis, we schedule sessions four weeks out. If you buy on a monthly basis, we schedule two months out. Making the commitment to your new lifestyle begins here. STEP 3: Your first workout will consist of a good burn, but lots of new education. Workouts done on your own are only effective if you know what you are doing. Drastic changes to your lifestyle will only lead to program abandonment in the end; we will discuss diet and integrate new ideas into your lifestyle slowly, one new habit at a time. STEP 4: You love your new lifestyle, you work hard, and you achieve your goals.
