- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a basic pricing system in place where my quotes originate from and will build from. They're usually pending on condition, hazards, and technicality of each individual project. Higher grade materials and other types of materials can adjust pricing as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Honestly our process is the same weather we are working with a new customer or a returning customer. The process is to establish contact. Establish what their primary needs are weather it be something as big as the entire exterior or just a small office space. We like to take in as much information as possible as to what our clients envision that way we can deliver the best possible outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father owned his own painting company. This man molded me from the ground up and never let me cut any corners. Along the way I have had the privilege of learning many tricks and techniques from some of the best painters in the business. These techniques, I still teach and use to this day .
