- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer we try to identify their needs. What are they looking for in terms of types of flooring and style? Many of our customers already have an idea of what they are looking for. From there we schedule the customer for an in-home consultation at their soonest convenience where we can often give a quote on the spot.

We've worked with all types of customers in commercial and residential. No job is too big or too small for us to tackle.
