I retained Stacey to bake a cake and cookies for my daughter's bridal shower. Stacey created the most unique cake comprised of cupcakes to create the shape of a wedding dress. Stacey also baked wedding cake shaped cookies which were decorated exquisitely and wrapped in cellophane then tied in a bow. I highly recommend Stacey for any catering needs. With Stacey's background she is highly qualified to create anything sweet or savory. Stacey is highly professional, courteous and prompt. Throughout the process Stacey was always in touch with photo samples, new ideas and overall status. Working with Stacey was wonderful. She listened and worked with me to get the catering experience and services I was needing. Stacey provided a flexible menu which could be tailor made to fit the event. - How did you get started doing this type of work?I've had a passion for cooking since I was 5 years old, and just continued my culinary education in high school taking 4 years of culinary classes and then getting accepted to the Art Institute of Phoenix as a Sophomore and continuing my education there. Once I graduated I decided to hit on all aspects of my culinary training by working in restaurants, corporate catering, teaching, and even cooking for a professional baseball team.
