Update*** After my unsatisfactory review they contacted me to re-clean. They admitted the employee was sub-par and had been terminated. They set up a date to see the work and correct. They were a no-show for the appointment. I have areas that are dirtier than before the cleaning because the soap was not rinsed. The spots are attracting and holding grime from our shoes. If I could make this a -4 ⭐️I would. First I must say I have the highest carpet cleaning certification by the institute inspection cleaning and restoration of master restorer. With the right soaps and equipment carpet cleaners can perform miracles. I believe in giving small business a chance to grow. I am always in search of quality companies to invite to work on larger projects. So, I gave fusion a try over the carpet cleaners I work with daily. We have a toddler that has spilled on our carpets everywhere, milk, juice you name it. Fusion used sub par soaps or a missed the rinse process that left a residue on the stains. So... when you walk across the “removed” stain it collects dirt from the shoes and reappears. Second the price quoted was not inclusive of the requests I made, such as stain removal. I ended up paying nearly twice the quoted amount in up-charges. Lastly they do not have a square to charge my credit card. I had to provide my credit card over the phone, I was rather uncomfortable with this business practice as it applies to my credit card security. I would not recommend fusion as a quality carpet cleaner. I would recommend fusion and their hired help actually learn the trade. Trade certifications offered here... https://www.iicrc.org

They called back after the second call and were able to set up an appt the next day. They called me when they arrived and made recommendations for cleaning. The price was reasonable. The only issue is I have not received my receipt. I know the gentleman was having issues sending it.

He did do the job I requested maybe he didn't read my request when I put pet odor but again I am not happy the smell is still there. Not happy at all wish I could get my money back
