I've been working at a large technology and strategy consulting firm for the past 12 years. Recently, I was organizing a company event that required catering for 27 people. A few weeks prior to the event, I visited Thai Me Upp restaurant and really enjoyed the food, especially considering the price point. With this in mind, I decided to place and order for catering from the restaurant for my event. On the day of the event, I was honestly a bit nervous on whether the relatively new restaurant would be able to follow-through with my $300 order. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant owners, Arisara and Tiff, personally showed up and provided an on-time delivery. The food delivered was hot and exactly what I ordered (Chicken On-Fire, Crab Roll, Weeping Tiger Steak, and Pad Thai). With my large order, they also offered free rice, gyozas, and fried bananas. The food was flavorful, and was a hit with my attendees! After my event, Tiff followed up with me to ask how things went - a tribute to their customer service. It's the small things that count... All-in-all, this was a very positive experience; I definitely recommend Thai Me Upp's catering services!

We will call the customer and make sure that everything meet the need that customer want. The price can be always negotiated.
