- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication and customer satisfaction are my main focus. I first find out my customer's prefer method of communication, to establish a good understanding and find out exactly what they want, how they want it and when they want it. Friendly, Punctual, and Professional. That's my promise to my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the Home repair Industry for the past 12 years in different aspects of the Business, but my main focus has been customer service.
