Hollywood Playnight was difficult to work with and after all the hoops to jump through, the phone calls reconfirming all of the details multiple times when I had already gone over it with them (great note taking skills), I'd expect for the details to be correct. We received no champagne bottles, red bulls, or water bottles as promised. The champagne flutes were actually just small plastic cups as well. The driver was not dressed in uniform as advertised (wearing jeans and an untucked dress shirt) and when we stopped for gas (which was fine as we traveled far for the 8-hours we booked), I had to tip him early for him to pay his gas. The company credit card was cancelled, so he had no way of paying for the gas. The worst part was when I tried to get a discount on the services for the above reasons, they ignored my emails and my voicemail. I called again and was told she'd talk to her manager and get back to me. Later that day without a call back, I called and was told that the manager left me a voicemail (I had no missed calls). Later again, I called the manager directly and she simply said, "Sorry our policy is to charge for the limo the day of service and we cannot issue any refunds/discounts. I can only give you a discount on your next purchase with us." I went on explaining that you charged me for services not provided and since they weren't provided, you cannot charge the full amount. Hello First of all, you are NOT telling the truth, the 2 FREE bottles of champagne you asked were COMPLEMENTARY , meaning you did NOT pay for and was NOT included in the price. SECOND , as courtesy for the HUGE inconvenience of not having your champagne we did NOT charge you the extra 200 miles ,you get for FREE. This you didn't mention, right ? Anyways we did not charge you the extra 200 miles or the cleaning fee ( you spend 8 hours in the vehicle I told you . We are sorry you are not happy with the service but we did NOT charge you the extra 200 miles fee and we did NOT charge you the cleaning fee ( you spend 8 hours driving around and you left all your trash inside of my limousine and I didn't charge you the cleaning fee, right ? ). You got all discount we could give you but you still unhappy. I'm sorry but that's all discount we can give you.
I found a great deal with Hollywood Playnight on a limousine for my daughter & her friends for prom. Patricia was so helpful and pleasant to work with. She offered a great deal. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, we give discounts Monday to Thursday, call for discounted prices. Complementary full bar included for bookings above $399 ( regular price only, no discounts)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Usually the client calls to ask questions and than book it. Our booking process is easy, you just need a valid credit card. We will collect information such as, number of passengers, day, time, address and itinerary with any special instruction. In order to book we require a 50% non refundable deposit that will be charged at the day of booking via credit card, couple days before your booking we will collect the remaining balance and call you to confirm all information. And that's it. If the client return the vehicle in good condition, there will be NO cleaning fee, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged. The cleaning fee starts at $100.
