I reached out to Sandoval Construction through a personal referral. They came out the next day for a consultation at my home where I was doing both a kitchen and bath remodel. Once the project started the guys worked quickly and were attentive to my questions, concerns and requests. I will definitely be reaching out the them in the future if I need any work done on my house.
The finishing work was great and I’m more than happy with my new kitchen and remodeled bathrooms :)

We had some major cracks in plaster/drywall in an upstairs bedroom. Sandoval opened up the wall and determined it was due to a leak between the roof and chimney stack.
They patched the roof, replaced some Spanish tile, installed insulation, replaced the drywall and patched and matched the paint.
They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were neat and quiet and professional. The end result looks really good and the cost was in line with what we expected.
They were extremely respectful of our space while working in our busy house. I hope to use Sandoval for some bigger remodeling jobs we have planned in the near future.
