    Had a great time and quality of pictures was very good. Wish there were a few more props to pick from but overall was a great experience. I would recommend Mr Photobot to anyone.

    Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Mr. Photobot. The attendant showed up 45 minutes early to set up for my wedding reception, and it was a huge hit at my wedding for all ages, kids and adults alike. Definitely kept the younger ones entertained for much of the reception. However, the one thing that wasn't as expected was the template pictures were printed out on the night of my reception. The words were correct but not the design I had confirmed with support@mrphotobot.com. I've attached pictures of the difference. I also was told there would be wedding-related props available, which were not. The props were generic. Despite this, Mr. Photobot was half the price of most 3-hour photo-booths I looked into and did the job for my event.

      • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
        Dependings on the package and add-ons. I have 3 popular packages for 3 hour events ranging from 299-499$ with 49$ for every extra hour. I often run promotions on these packages.
      • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
        With all customers I try to build up a personal relationship so they know we care about them and their event. I reach out to them to confirm every detail of their event from the photostrip to design to the venue location/access. Afterwards I always follow up to see if there were any concerns by the guests. I highly appreciate criticism as it helps us improve the quality of our work.

        I have a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Medical Imaging.
