FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and negotiable. I do not up charge on my materials and provide receipts of purchases and returns upon request or job completion. I do not charge for estimates or consultations. Should a part of the project be deemed unnecessary I willingly offer adjustments or discounts. I am honest and fair, always.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first let them know my hours of availability and labor rate. I offer a time and material price or all in one price, whichever suits the customer. When meeting a new customer I am readily listening to their concerns and ask to see the project they are looking to have completed. I answer their questions honestly and with as much explanation as they need. I offer my phone number and let them know they can contact me anytime by calling or texting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In highschool I took cabinet making classes and made solid wood furniture. I have spent multiple hours observing and assisting contractors, learning as much as I can. I have worked in multiple construction fields including carpentry, electrical, painting and more. Since childhood I have been working on projects in my own home and homes of friends and relatives. I have multiple jobs completed and pictures to show before and after. I stand behind my work and have references to back it up.
