Introduction: Hello my name is Charles West, I have over 40 years experience as an architectural designer in the DC metropolitan area. I am a member of the American Institute of Building Design. I am qualified to help my clients in designing their hopes and dreams into an affordable project. I demand accurate structural integrity and work with many local engineering firms. I also assist in the coordination process of costing and acquiring permits.
I enjoy talking to people very much about the construction process. Ideas on paper start with a discussion to clear away misunderstandings. I understand this process can be daunting as well as intimidating.

I've worked with Chuck since 1975. I'm a contractor and he does all my, as built measure ups, which includes meeting with my clients to find out their desires, then with does sketch drawing with estimates on his auto cad, meets with my clients to go over and adjust the ideas, does working drawings and goes to the county for permits. I couldn't count how many times he has done this over the years for me and only has gotten better. There is no one that I'm aware of that comes close to his price and service.
