- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is extremely competitive. I have narrowed down my operating costs and I utilize the National RS book of means to determine pricing for each job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to review the project, let them know how the work will be performed. Up front pricing, and give them my general background and provide references upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have twenty plus years of hands on experience.
