- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are negotiable, discount for reaccurring cleans, as well as military and senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speaking on the phone I prefer to do a walk through of the home with the residents, get an idea of what all they would like done, fill out our “cleaning list” so every time we’re at your home, the same Cleaning will be done. (The first initial cleaning is a Deep Clean and just upkeep each time after that) If a walk through isn’t available, I can fill out my form while on the phone with the client to best suit their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the cleaning industry a combined 10+ years, are full time wives and moms. There isn’t a job too big or too small that we can’t tackle and make shine!
