What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we do not share our price because we offer customize systems and installation packages based on customers specification and needs. Systems or Installation price vary and could be cheaper or more expensive based on cabling, type of camera such as if it's IP, Analog or HD, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer, answer any questions they may have. This is done via free site survey where we visits the job location to survey the location to ensure we provide the right products and is ready to effectively complete the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified with years of experience. Education at ITT, Orleans Technical Institutes. The education coupled with talented gift for Technology and the passion and drive along with years of experience makes the owner and Project Manager/Technician very qualified.
