Jennifer helped get me thru one of the most stressful moves of my life. From the first message she was communicative and supportive, letting me know how she could help me accomplish all the packing that I needed to do. She stayed in contact as the packing day approached, was on time that morning, and brought an extra roll of tape and packing paper to make my life easier! HIRE HER. You will not regret it! I highly recommend Jennifer! She was on time. Listened to my needs and concerns. She was interested in what I wanted to accomplish most then we jumped right in to sorting through all my crap. Jennifer jumped in and we worked side by side. She asked questions that helped me decide what to do with various things. She was creative with the placement of things in my closets that magically worked out. She was thoughtful in which closets to put what. Kept us organized and on task. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We always start with a free phone consultation so you can explain exactly what you’d like to accomplish. I’ll answer all your questions and give you some tips and advice on the phone to get started. After that we can schedule our first session or arrange for an in-home consultation (if needed).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a Certified Home Organizer and I'm on the board of ASPO- the American Society of Professional Organizers. Before becoming a Professional Organizer, I was a Healthcare Administrator and Consultant. I set up new businesses and streamlined already existing ones, developing systems to make them easier to run and more profitable.
