- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I will present a menu of standard prices but will work with the client to determine to the most flexible plan that maximizes their cash flow.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- I meet with prospective client or landlord at his property or preferred location, but I prefer to meet at the subject property to assess the condition of the property. It is very important to determine if work needs to be done for property to be in a good position to be leased at an optimum rent. - I present a proposal on what services we offer, Proposal will include information about my company, sample projects where relevant, market information on subject property including a free rent analysis, details of our software and accounting system used to produce regular reports to property owner and a menu of our services and pricing. - Where client wishes to use our service we require they sign a property management contract, make sure they update their insurance policy to reflect rental property and include property management company and check with city for any necessary permits on rental property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed real estate broker with the state of Illinois (License #475170121). I am also an Illinois licensed manager of condominium and Home owners associations (HOA) (License # 261002079) and a certified manager of community associations (CMCA). I belong to various real estate associations that require I complete continue education courses and I am also a member of Realtors association.
