I had booked another house cleaner for the day. She cancelled. I contacted Tillie, and she was able to be at my house within a couple of hours to do the job. She did a good job and I was pleased that I was able to get it done so quickly and thoroughly. Good job Tillie!

Paid for a deep cleaning of our empty house prior to moving in, including cabinets. I’m unpacking boxes now and finding junk in the cabinets, drawers dirty. I guess they just decided to skip this part. Also found dusty baseboards in closets and a hall closet that was totally not vacuumed with pieces of wood and nails and things on the floor. Would not recommend

Hi Aimee, I went through the drawers with your husband. We even vacuumed the drawers. I even took out the old paper that was inside the drawers to vacuum and clean. I could not vacuum the hall closet because it would damaged your vacuum. There was a garbage bag full of trash from drawers and cabinets I left in the garage. I told your husband I could not get the drawers back in the fridge after I cleaned them and didn’t want to damage anything. So them sitting out may be why the bug sin it. You were there when I finished and seen me go through the drawers. I will come back if you want me to. I know there is no trash in cupboards. After lifting the paper to clean it’s very rough wood under very hard to wipe.

My pricing for basic cleaning includes vacuuming/mopping floors, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen counters making beds Deep cleaning includes cleaning outside cabinets and baseboards all other deep cleaning is extra.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial cleaning will be higher quote, because it’s usually much dirtier to clean the first time. After the first cleaning the price will drop at least by $20.00.
