- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I quote each client a custom price based on their menu format and specific needs. I offer affordable pricing and excellent customer service. No budget or guest count is too small, and I am always willing to be flexible and work with each client until they are completely satisfied with their menu selections and the pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Most people want the best price possible for any service provided. Knowing this, I always offer a price quote based on the menu format and services desired. I want my clients to get exactly what they want, so my quote provides them with a menu “template” that they can use to select the specific foods of their choice from my full list of menu options. I believe that excellent customer service is the most important thing I can offer anyone searching for catering services, so I always make it a priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am licensed by the state of Tennessee and certified by ServeSafe for kitchen management. I was the lead cook and kitchen manager for Jackson Conference Center in Goodlettsville, Tennessee for over 9 years serving 3 meals a day for groups ranging from 50 to 450 in size. JCC still hires me to provide catering/food services for their larger rental clients and special banquets. Prior to that, I was an Event Planner/ Administrative Assistant for 26 1/2 years. I understand the importance of details, budgets, priorities, follow-through and good service.
