- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based upon the size of the home and the insect that is needing to be eliminated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers receive a quote over the phone or via email whenever possible. If more information is needed than what can be gathered over the phone or email we will go out and perform a complimentary inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees receive training on a regular schedule and we all receive more training than that which is required by the Department of Agriculture.
