Overall Monica was a professional as well as a good-hearted person. I had a good feeling about her from when she originally came to provide me an estimate for her services. Also, she was able to work me into her schedule within a day’s time. She took care in moving my items to clean and put everything back in it’s place. Moreover, I had no qualms in leaving her in my home while I left to pick my daughter up at the airport. That alone is a testament of the instant good will she displays as I consider my home as my sanctuary, and she treated it as such even in my absence. With all of that said, her services were exellent! I will be using her services again and again and I recommend others do the same.
